The story of Georgian flavours

GEORGIA, SITUATED BETWEEN EUROPE AND ASIA, IS A LAND OF SOARING MOUNTAINS, FERTILE VALLEYS, AND BOUNDLESS HOSPITALITY. KNOWN AS THE CRADLE OF WINE, IT IS A PLACE WHERE FOOD AND FRIENDSHIP ARE INSEPARABLE.

GEORGIAN CUISINE IS AS UNIQUE AS ITS 33–LETTER ALPHABET — GENEROUS, DIVERSE, AND FULL OF SOUL. FROM JUICY KHINKALI DUMPLINGS AND FLAME–GRILLED MTSVADI SKEWERS TO VIBRANT PHKALI (WALNUT AND HERB PATES) AND THE BELOVED KHACHAPURI CHEESE BREAD, EVERY DISH IS CRAFTED TO BE SHARED.

THIS SPIRIT OF SHARING LIVES ON IN THE SUPRA, GEORGIA’S TRADITIONAL FEAST — WHERE WINE FLOWS, TOASTS ARE HEARTFELT, AND EVERY TABLE BECOMES A CELEBRATION OF LIFE.

OUR WINES HONOR GEORGIA’S 8,000–YEAR WINEMAKING HERITAGE, BORN FROM ANCIENT TRADITIONS AND THE USE OF QVEVRI CLAY VESSELS — A UNESCO–RECOGNIZED PRACTICE THAT CAPTURES THE ESSENCE OF OUR SUN, SOIL, AND SOUL. WHETHER CRISP WHITE OR BOLD RED, EACH GLASS TELLS A STORY OF TIME, CRAFT, AND CONNECTION.

AT VAZI, EVERY MEAL IS MORE THAN DINING — IT’S AN INVITATION TO EXPERIENCE THE WARMTH, HISTORY, AND GENEROSITY OF GEORGIA ITSELF. JOIN US FOR A CULINARY JOURNEY THAT BEGINS AT THE TABLE AND LINGERS IN THE HEART.
